Welcome!

I believe therapy is about more than solving problems. It’s about finding a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself. My work is guided by the understanding that we are all adaptive, and that healing becomes possible when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world.

my story

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both professional experience and personal exploration. Before returning to my original calling in psychology, I spent fifteen years working in executive leadership and operations across finance, non-profit, and tech. Those years gave me a deep understanding of the pressures of career, leadership, and organizational life, and they also showed me how vital it is to have space for reflection, authenticity, and growth.

When I chose to step back into the work of therapy, it felt like a return home. I was drawn again to the study of the human psyche, to the ways our inner worlds shape our relationships, and to the possibility of transformation when we approach ourselves with compassion and curiosity. My training at the California Institute of Integral Studies deepened this calling, grounding me in an integrative and holistic approach that honors both the unconscious and the lived, embodied experience of each client.

Today, in my practice at Modern Mind and as an executive coach, I bring together these threads: a respect for the complexity of the inner world and a practical understanding of the external demands of work and leadership. I see therapy as a space where mind, body, and spirit can come into greater alignment, allowing old patterns to shift and new ways of being to emerge. It is an honor to walk alongside clients on this journey of healing, balance, and connection.
