  1. Session Length: 45 minutes for individual, and 60 minutes for couples and coaching.

  2. Format: In-person in Brooklyn Heights, NY, or virtual sessions for New Yorkers.

  3. Fees: While the Modern Mind practice does not accept insurance directly, we’re happy to provide paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
